Legislation - Building contractor?
The latest Building Regulation L stipulates any building work done to a new or existing builidng must conserve heat and power - lighting must be at least 40 lumens per circuitry watt meaning incandescent and halogens are out. Only CFLs and LEDs are available and with the general public not convinced by CFLs, LEDs are the choice for lighting.
